Effective date: September 19, 2026. Salinas Electrician Pro (operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC) ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through salinaselectricianpro.com and how we use it.

1. Who we are

Salinas Electrician Pro is an independent referral service, not an electrical contractor. We connect you with independent, licensed C-10 electricians serving Salinas, Monterey, Seaside, and Marina — always verify a provider's CSLB license before hiring.

2. Information we collect

Contact information you submit through our lead form (name, phone, email, service needed, city/zip, message); SMS opt-in data if you check the consent box on our lead form (your phone number and the timestamp of your consent); standard site analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) via Google Analytics; and call data from our tracked phone number (see Section 5 below).

3. How we use your information

To match your request to an independent, licensed local electrician and share your contact details with that one provider so they can follow up with you directly. To understand and improve how our site and content perform. We do not sell your information.

4. How we share your information

Your phone number and contact details are shared only with the specific independent electrical service provider needed to fulfill your request. We do not sell or share your information, including SMS opt-in data, with any other third party for marketing purposes.

5. Call recording

California law requires the consent of all parties to a phone call before it may be recorded (California Penal Code § 632). Calls to our tracked number may be recorded for quality and matching purposes. By calling or remaining on the line after the recording notice plays, you consent to being recorded.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if you do.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes — see Section 4.

10. Children's privacy

This site isn't directed to children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
